     We also understand that it is important you feel like you have the right lawyer and ‘right fit’ for your case before you commit to a formal consultation, we invite you to call our office with your enquiry and your call will be directed to a legal practitioner for a quick chat.

  • We calculate fees for all matters based on scope, complexity, and projected resources, then present a transparent proposal. In most cases we have fixed fee services.

    If you are wanting information about our fixed fee services, fill out the online form with the service you are needing, and our administration team will email you fixed fee information where it applies.

    We understand the importance of having transparency when it comes to legal costs. As part of our processes, we send to our prospective client’s costs disclosure information and fee estimates to ensure our client’s can make an informed decision about our engagement.

     If cost is a concern, we can discuss alternative fee arrangements and available funding services /options. If needed, we can also guide you toward legal aid and pro bono options.

  • Yes, our team are willing to accommodate where possible requests for meetings outside of our offices, during lunch breaks and outside of standard working hours.
